ECHO was REBORN on the 16th of July! As for those of you who had missed it, just keep scrolling and we will tell you all about it.
ECHO REBIRTH
Rebirth being the theme to the latest ECHO magazine, no doubts that the launch would have to bring with it a sense of rebirth. The ECHO team is proud to say that we have suceeded in bringing you just that.
And what better to signify rebirth than a birthday cake? That was how the launch was officiated — with the cutting of cake by Miss Lee Siok Ping (Director of the Student Services Department).

The event was then kicked off with a weird yet very entertaining dance by Ravelution Performing Arts Production club. Rebirth being the theme of this year’s launch, the performance was eccentrically different from the usual hip hop and jazz routines of Ravelution, and, in some ways, a ‘Rebirth’ and breakthrough for the club, with dance moves that were… unique. Ever seen a yoyo performance included in a dance? I know I haven’t.

After the intriguing performance, the words “ECHO REBIRTH” were shouted followed by thunderous clapping, signifying that ECHO had indeed been reborn. With new and exciting changes to this issue, everyone in the cafeteria was seen holding one copy of the magazine within the next half hour, reading it, lunch momentarily forgotten. Questionnaires were also given out (answers were found in the mag), and the first few who submitted the answers walked away with prizes sponsored by Celcom.
As for those of you who hasn’t got a copy of the latest ECHO yet, collect it now from the Student Services Department! And for those of you newbies who are thinking “oh man, how much is it gonna cost?”, ECHO is distributed for free! No, I am not pulling your leg. We will also be allocating some magazines around campus so if you ever do see a pile lying around, feel free to grab a copy!
I can’t tell you what’s in the magazine. You would have to find out for yourselves. But there is one thing I can tell you: It is definitely SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
